if you set your clearance to 2.25 say shut off your retract set your feed plane to .2 INC your top of stock to 0.0 INC and you should be all set. -
When trying to make a toolpath from the art program i get this error right after it asks the nc file name.not sure what is causing it. any help would be greatful. thanks, Scott

Chris 1+++ with the DNC max we also use it and have the full editor with the G Code verify. Save my butt a few times.

Thanks for all the info. Scott - It was my "Disable Hardware Accel." Mick - look at you "Disable Hardware" in system config - Screen and its towards the upper left corner.

Crashed when I was trying 1 op crashed when I tried all 15 ops. Crashed with a solid crashed without a solid. It will crash here it will crash there it will crash any where. Sorry about that Dr Suess got stuck in my head. Thanks for the input though

John, It still Crashed. I even tried alittle larger and poof!!! screen is gone.

Does anyone know if microsoft added a patch or update that might be causing MC to crash in verify. It just started to happen this week. I'm running vista 64 bit AMD 9750 quad core ATI Radeon HD 3200 Thanks in Advance Scott

Tried running the hasp X and it doesn't even know the sim is in my PC. Since CNC is closed today I'll have to be patient and bug the hell out of them tommorow.

I did try reloading the hasp drivers. It is just one sim that isn't working. Our Mill 3 works fine. Looks like we'll be getting a new sim on order. MEA must be part of MU3. Just started after loading MU3.

Thanks I'll re-install a different bootleg copy and try that. I tried are other hasp and it works fine. Must be a bad hasp?

My purple USB Hasp is flashing when I put it into any of the USB drives on any PC that has mastercam. Just started anyone know what it might be? Thanks in advance

any one cut or cutting this material? What kind of tooling are you using and speeds and feeds. Do you use coolant? Thanks in advance for any help from the best forum on the web.
