Try saving the tool list, close then reopen the saved tool list. This has worked for me in X5 and others for getting the icons to show up.

This is what I have been doing to change the machine group with out adding then deleting a group. In the operations manager open the machine properties. Click on the "files" folder then the machine group properties box will open. Click on the "replace" folder in the machine- toolpath copy field. Next pick the .MMD file that you want. Then click done. You will see the machine def. is changed -

ON START UP, I ALSO HAVE MY START/EXIT SETING SET FOR THE MACHINE THAT I WANT. I WOULD LIKE TO START MASTERCAM AND HAVE MY MACHINE SET. -
X2 OPENING WITH A DIFFERENT MACHINE THEN THE DEFAULT IS SET TO. MY DEFAULT MACHINE LIBRARY IS SAVED ON MY NET WORK NOT ON MY C DRIVE. I TRIED SAVING A COPY TO THE C DRIVE BUT STILL OPENS WITH A DIFFERENT MACHINE. RUNNING XP PRO. ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ?

in v9.1 or v10 using rotary4ax axel cut it doesn't seem to be able to use check surfaces and the rotary cut dose. does anyone know anything about this. I am making a rotary die using solids. [ 04-13-2006, 01:09 PM: Message edited by: DANC ]
