So I'm a CAD guy, in the Mastercam forum. One of the machinists in my shop who uses Mastercam is working on a project and needs to put a logo on a part. I've drawn the logo in AutoCAD and sent the file to him, but he doesn't know how to bring it in to Mastercam. Do you guys have any tips on how this can best be done? I'm also wondering if there's any advantages to importing a .dwg vs. a .dxf file?
