Can't you just select the Create/Curves/on all edges feature?..........This sould automatically create all your wireframe. Maybe this will help

Definately speed that baby up . Millman has the right Idea, 5000 to 6000 rpm. How long are the flutes? Better to have shorter flutes and a long shank. If it rubs a little on the shank it shouldn't matter for roughing. You'll find the rigitity will make a big difference. But If all you have is a long flute cuttter, try to take shallower cuts and crank up the feed as suggested.

What's so "taboo" about asking about/for a post processor anyway?

I have 3 HAAS minimills, X-MR2 mill level 3. I've been told that using the misc integers, a note can be added in the operations manager therefore posting a stop-block to the NC file automatically anywhere you want it. Currently, much like many other people I have to manually add a M00 to the NC file everytime if I need to move clamps or add fixturing etc. mid program. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this or has a HAAS post they would be willing to share. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
