I've also found the Excel to be a bit complicated. But the HTML version works beautifully!!! I just print to PDF. Not being able to edit my fields before printing is another way for me to make sure everything is perfect from Mcam before I release it to the world.

In Mcam2018 X+ setup sheet and tool list the field called "TI manufactor" value does not output. This field is called "Manufacturer's tool code:" in the Tool Manager windows. It worked for X9 and 2017. How do I re-activate that field again? Thank you

Günther, I love X+, it's a great addon and I use it everyday! But I'm having issues with the X9 version - it doesn't output the text stored in the "chuck ID" field of the tool definition, it just says "default holder". In X8, this field was called "Holder (old)" and was outputting successfully. I've been using this field to store the insert references for indexable tools, and my guys on the shopfloor use it alot. Can you please get it to work again?

Hi, Is there a way of converting the Educational EMCX files to plain MCX ? I've got some work I started in the Educational version, and want to continue with the plain version. RIght now I can't open the .EMCX files unless I'm on a workstation with the Educational version of Mastercam X.
