  5. Great Forum Hi Guys, I save a STL in Verify and bring it back in on a level to print out setup sheets, but it isn't shaded. So I load the file in solidworks through a STL import plug-in that converts it to a solid part. Then I save that as a parasolid and read it back in mastercam. The problem is that the file gets to big. Is there a beter way around this? Verify shows a shaded stl when you verify and if you use highfeed and select STL filename, Draw STL it is also shaded. When I use vericut it also shades the STL file. Thanks in Advance Dan Crash and Burn Live and Learn
  6. For those of you needing to make cool and very detailed setup sheets for the shop floor, such as clamp changes and fixturing locations. I use my stl files that I made in Master Cam Verify. And import them into solid works with add-in, works great. http://www.fpsols.com/stl_import_sw.html Let me know what you think. Dan Welch [email protected] Crash and burn Live and learn
