  1. I always go with a stubby drill to reduce the flex when it breaks through
  2. Chip evacuation is important. Dragiging chips over the stock will compromise finish. Use a high helix hss. 2 flute cutter. Check the chips to see if they show signs of melting together. If they dont your on the right track
  3. This feature comes in handy when quickly creating and editing airfoil geometry. I have been experimenting with the variables in the equation in hopes of becoming more proficient with the feature. However, just when I think I have made some progress something unexpected happens. Does anyone know were I might find some info on how to better use this feature and how exactly the variables in the equation relate to the geometry?
  4. Hello, I am self taught on M-cam. I do 2d and 3d mill I also took up programing the lathe, it is just as easy as the mill. I am here in Central Texas, staying away from the cold weather.
