That's exactly what I'm trying... I'm not posting path information with the change from negative to positive but doing some calculations for adaptive feed rate...

What is the simple way to change a number from negative to positive in the post? Also, is there a round up funtion?

I'm adding adaptive feed control to our machine and in modifying the post I need to get material removal rate to calculate all my set points. Does Mastercam have a parameter I can get this from or am I going to have to do all the math with tons of parameters for z depth from all the different tool path types? I've looked over the post parameters document and can't find a simple single parameter for MRR?

What good is the Metric Checkbox on a tool when it doesn't do anything about the tool size when units are not metric? Does the Library need to be completely modified to work in inches or am I missing something?

What method is the best to use (Absolute, Delta start to center, or Delta center to start)?

I have a few items to add to the wish list... Addition of variable spindle speed for surfacing, when using large ball nose cutters to contour and your moving from tip to diameter it would be very handy to increase spindle speed when only cutting on the tip... I know I can use high feed to modify my path and change feedrate when using the tip but reality is you need spindle rpm to increase. Addition of surface quality to surfacing toolpaths, scallop heigth helps but when programming to surface finish (RMA, RMS, etc..) it would be a great help to see the theoretical finish... Ability to lock keep tool down data with a check box so it doesn't change every time I modify other items... Addition of spring pass to cutting method so when I'm programming long tools I can cut one direction (climb or conventional) and spring pass the other direction... I can think of many more but hoping some are in X4...
