which is better? which is more prefered?

first off im hoping someone could help with my issue as its not directly related to mastercam. i recently upgrades to vista 64bit, we have been using WFTPD server to connect to our cnc machines. Since the upgrade to vista 64, 1 of 3 machines gives us problems. (it will work when it wants to work). Am in the process of setting up filezilla (as a inhouse rep recommended to do). But, it seems to be very compilicated as im not sure how to exactly to set it up. I have read all the documentation on filezilla and still cant figure it out. Im curious to see what everyone uses?...if there is another program out there that is better/easier to setup then filezilla?...would inhouse tech help be able to help me with this problem?
