Why can't a post be found or discussed here? Mazaks are a pain to configure with Mastercam so this forum was my first choice with a post problem as well. Nothing against our reseller, but Mazatrol seems a bit out of thier boundries. I'm stuck with a Mazak and so be it, but why not have somewhere that we can exchange all of the proven Mazak posts back and forth to each other?? Just asking, just making a suggestion, no harm meant to anyone, especailly our rep or Mastercam, both are 1st class. Rich

Hello everyone, We now have some help from both CNC Software directly and our re-seller. We have never had our Mazaks post completly straightened out without doing a lot of editing to a posted program. Other machines have had problems since upgrades. We have to many darn sims in the shop and we are running V7, V8 & V9. I do believe we are out of control and I am trying to settle on V9 and get everything posting correctly. Once that happens, I nned to get everyone up to speed withthat version and then stay there for a bit. Our problem is that uo til now a cam package was just not that important to us. Now we are able to get the cad files much easier than ever before and so a cam package will actually make a significant differance in programming time, even with having Mazatol. Anyone that has used Mazatrol either loves it or hates it, but one thing for sure, it makes programming simple geometry parts a snap. Thanks for your help and advise. Hi, Does anyone have a V9 post for the MazaK 200MSY lathe with a Fusion 640 controller? I also need posts for the following Mazak Mills AJV 25/404 with an M32 controller and a FJV200 with the Fusion640 controller. Sure would like to start using MasterCam again.
