  1. Looking at the program you have I would say you are going to far below center on the X axis and the Icam post is trying to compensate by turning the C axis. I also do a lot of programming for a 410E and if I tried to post out the program you have I would get over travel alarms at the machine on the X. The 410 we have can only go .75" below center and this program is going .8996" below. Yours may be different but I would say you need to turn WCS "face" 90 degrees so the move would be a straight Y axis move.
  2. Don't know if you go this issue fixed already but the print problems I was having in X5MU1 (Windows 7 64 bit system) followed right into X6 but I found the problem after a lot of head scratching. Turned out the printer driver, even though it was correct most up to date one, was not working properly with Mastercam. I switch from the universal print driver recommended by the HP site for my printer to a older model specific driver and it fixed it up.
  3. I watch the MIS guy update the all drivers when he was settiing up the computer so they should be all up to date. The thing that confuses me is it only bothers with Mcam, things print fine out of Solid Edge, paint brush, and the picture viewers. I am starting to think that I will have to live with it till X6 is no longer "Temporarily Unavailable"
  4. I am having a problem printing solids, they print up as one big solid black blob yet the print preview looks good. I just upgraded to a new 64 bit system running Windows 7. I am using X5-MU1 and never had this problem with the 32 bit Windows XP system. I tried changing the solids color, different settings with the line width and color mapping and forced it to print color (with my black and white printer) all with the same result. I have the free Verisurf tools and can print using the screen capture but would much rather be able to print straight from Mcam. What am I missing and/or doing wrong here?
