  3. G'Day People, Just a quick question about feed rates, if anyone is clued up on Heidenhain Controllers. After posting a program with MC through to the CNC, is their a way to edit the feed rates all at once. Other controllers can. Or is it quicker to edit the pro again back in MC. Its a pain in the arse if your taking 0.05mm depth cuts on an electrode and you have punched in the wrong feed.!!! Help me please, Heidenhain Masters! Thanks in advance, The Novice.
  4. Thanks for the kind words Dave, Im getting the mothballs out of my suit and ringing the dry cleaner!! Started my new job today. Back to manual pro with Grundig Control on a Deckel. Havent done manual pro since trade school. Its coming back ok though. Boss says Ive got a few weeks on it then back to good old MC No worries, I said!!! Hope nobody sweated to hard today.   9. Havent met the new reseller yet, but Im sure he can help me. What are Dekel vmc like? We used Hartford (rubbish) at my old work. We had a problem every morning with the g54 being out on the y axis but not on the x. 2hours later it would change again.   12. Thanks James, Sorry about the yelling mate. Sounds like MC does alright over there. I only know of two comps in Adelaide that run MC. The one Ive just left and the one I start at tommorow.   15. NEW TO THIS GAME IN V7 I USED CHOOKS FOR CUTTING THREADS.STARTING AT A NEW SHOP AND HAVE SKIPPED V8 TO V9. IAM ON THREAD MILL PAGE WITH COMPENSATION TYPE AND OVERCUT.THE REST LOOKS OK.
