    Hi there It could be lot of things, if you can put it under FTP and let others to open to see whats wrong.

    Hi there Make sure to not use / : " ? and | which is shift signs in your .NCI file name, how to do it? under operation window open parameters click change NCI and change your file name and remove the above characters from it. this will fix it.
