  1. you might draw the tool path by using Create - Helix, then play with pitch to get what u want. If u use mazak machine, try G02.1 or G03.1. They will work for u.
  2. i wonder if you have a mastercam. if not you can download a demo one and practice. i am chinese too, and i am living in canada. if you need help just sent me an email, and will glad to help you. when you get any question, use help on mastercam first. that very usefull. and this forum is great place with alot excellent experience guys who might help you out at anytime. enjoy
  3. For this problem, I might try boring cycle and tapping cycle first.just add Q value and see if they work. If u use Mazak machine, u could double the feed out. If they don't work, use long hand instead of canned cycle is another option. Besides, customer macro programs are always my favorite.
  4. try to add G90 in the line and see if it works.
  5. agree with Brandou10. If it is an EIA program, macro is much easier. If it is a mazatroI, just use Offset button.
