Toolman - How long ago did you have E2?  

We're not big - 12 employees.  Looking for something to help us find our true cost, help with scheduling, and integrate departments more through flow of information. 

We're looking at getting an ERP system and am looking to find out what people think about Jobboss and E2.  Does anyone have experience with either of these?  Pros/cons?  

We're turning some H-13 and am wondering what a typical finish DOC for a DNMG insert typically is.

Has anyone used these? I need to drill a 5/8" hole that's going to be holding a boring bar and need to keep it as on center as I can. I already looked into gundrilling and that would work, but I would need to remake the parts since they are tapered at one end and it gets too thin.

Any other ideas?

Thanks for all of the information. I've heard good things about Sandvik. We don't do a ton of turning, but it would be good to consolidate & simplify our tooling. I'll have to get in contact with a few of the reps and see who's good to work with.

Is there a brand that is better known for turning tooling? Or that has a larger offering than others? We currently use a smattering of tooling brands and it would be good to consolidate if it makes sense.
