  1. its on the third operation correct? I went into the gap settings, changed the motion to smooth and checked on optimize cut order. it fixed it for me.
  2. Can you use a dovetail type mill Harvey tool carries a off the self standard sizes and can make custom sizes. I use them alot.
  3. its not a large hole possibly an air line off to the side of the spindle. sometimes you gatta do what you gatta do. i really think the cost of the tool is small considering all it can do. just my opinion.
  4. what i meant, increace the size of those round ends by an inch per side so that it goes beyond your containment. your telling the system there is stock there. so i dont think it will violate that area after you do this. also include those round ends as your drive surfaces selection.. if you dont want to actually machine those round ends just increase the stock inwards on the model and regen. im pretty sure you will get the results your looking for.
  5. ran into this same type of stuff. make the two surface areas that you dont want to violate bigger, going outside the containment boundry
  6. try the surface high speed raster it has lead ins and outs
  7. SURFACE FINISH CONTOUR WITH TOOL CONTAINMENT BOUNDRIES
