why is it that when i save my g-code to a jump drive and plug it into a simulator, and i go to copy it to memory on the similator it always ask me if i want to override o11111. ive tried to go to tool setting and enter my program number there but when i move it to the similator it always ALWAYS asks me if i want to override o11111. even if i try a differant part.

i am trying to preview my active reports sheet but it says no data source has been set i have found the data soucre but i dont know what to do after that.
i have noticed that wen i cut a pock and click the verify selected operations botton, which is right beside the backplot button in operations manager, when the tool cuts the pocket it leaves corners or flats on large arcs. but in turbo it is cut perfectly. does this have to do with my picture quality or wat ever its called on my computer or will it actually cut the flat when machined.
see attached file
