We have 2 large cnc mills each with Mc level 3 2 small cnc mills with Mc level 3 1 cnc lath with Mc 1 wedm with Mc Each operator does his own programing, problem we have is out of 9 operators only 2 really know surfaces ans solids, i have had UG guys out put x_t files for me, i love working with them. i showed one other operator and his reation was where is the surfaces some times i wish i was back in the small job shops ! i am trying to convert them to solids.

Dear: ProductDevelopmentGuy I noticed the new igesin.exe file. i loaded it, and hate to say i still have the little lines after converting file. even if i turn off everything in masking.

I uploaded sample igs file to ftp,(Files to be converted to MC). I all so tryed converting file and unchecked all boxes in mask, still got little boxes. all on level 1 and 110 type oops.. file name,t9917971d278.igs [ 11-27-2001: Message edited by: Robby GM ]

i tryed it, still there. i turned off every thins except lines (110)still have little boxes i will upload a sample file to ftp site ,tonight

We receive die detail files from Unigraphics 16, Output to an iges file. When we use MC ver. 7 everything comes in fine, but same File converted into MC ver.8.1.1 we get lots of small entities that Look like little boxes. Anyone have any problems like this? the first couple outlines i did took a bmp file and made it mc screen background and outlined it with lines and arcs. mouse boat file wont download so i deleted it, but added 2d outline of E Fud, he is hunting rabbits

mouse is a zipper file of several files for a set of boat drawings

we have ver. 8.1.1 now in contour they now have stock to leave xy & stock to leave z how do get the post to show these in a message in the post ? ive looked at mpmaster post.... dont see it. i may be over looking it too.

We updated to ver. 7.2c last Sept. Now i just found out one of our mangers has had ver. 8 In is deck…. Sence last Dec. 2000 Really sad... only 6 years 10 months to retirement...

redid acc file in note pad with no spaces or enters. reloaded all files for dwg60 still says invalid acces code. code is right of dealers setup sheet.

with mastercam V7.2c our bore canned cycle with u & v offset on retract i get 2 .. G88 X54.581 Y-22.671 Z44.45 R52.5 W20. U1.5 V1..04 F525. ive look thru post several times. u_vector & v_vector look same ????
