Isn't 14/1= .071426" * 218" = 15.57"
Then G95 inches /rev
I guess 15.57" per rev would cram the tap right to -.650" instantly.
I will look at my parameters in the morning and see if I ca find my mistake.
Thanks
I just got off the phone with HAAS and the M49 should be a G49. MasterCam post error. Now I'm getting exceeds max federate.

Hello all,
I have a Coleague that want to export an inventer solid that has GD&T added to it. Then have mastercam recognize the GD&T when imported. Thinking he would not have to create a print for the job.
Anyone seen something like this work?
Thanks,

Hi everyone.
I'm new to MC so I hope this comes out right.
I have created a round disc 1 inch thick in MC. I'm trying to mill a flat on one edge. The disc is 5" in diameter. The flat has to be .200" In from the outer diameter. The way I was trying to do this was to create a rectangle in the front construction plane the move it out to the diameter so I can extrude .200" into the side. The problem is that when I go to contour the flat the verify shows it cutting around the rectangle.
Can anyone help??
Rick
