  1. Try reducing the entry/exit arc clearance. Using proper size mill or threadmill meaning to have good enough clearance for E.mill to lead in out and reducing entry/exit arc solved my problem and also having large negative wear is the problem too depending on the size of the e.m and finish geom. Good luck!
