Looking for some direction to more efficiently produce programs for Radial drilling on a 4-axis HBM using a 90° RAH. I can produce a program to accomplish this feat a number of ways but believe there is a simpler way. Currently i use either a VTL face drill approach or a multiaxis drill but with the hole vectors parallel to the plane of the table face. TIA.

The entire thing. Layout, ribbon bar, some toolpaths removed. The best way I have been able to explain it to fellow user is, Mastercam 2017 is a some where between Mastercam 9.1 and Mastercam X-X9. 9.1 is heavily layered. X-X9 quick button. More clicking to get the destination = less efficient.

Terrible configuration change. Time to get off of maintenance!

How about a little help getting MasterCAM setup first, before running a post. I do have a post.

Attached is a screenshot of the current setup. The task at had involves drill holes on the top flange. I have a RAH attached to the spindle to drill these holes. I have already created a program by hand so the machine is not sitting. I am looking for some help to get this setup to post B-axis rotations and to drill in the Y-axis. Thank You in Advance
