  1. Thanks Tim, I'm kinda dumb with this I'm a Nitindo user. Can you please do a quick example of the M198 Pxxxx method for me please. Our post puts out like O1000. Does the Pxxxx have to match the O1000 program? Thanks again Russell
  2. Hello Ya'll I looked all over here for this and nothing I understand, so here is my question. I have a Doosan HMC with a Fanuc 18i-MB control. Machine has pretty nice feeds and speeds for some High Speed machining, only just don't have the memory. We use an 8 GB flash drive to load programs. Is it possible to run a larger program from the flash drive? Thank you
  3. Did you know if you hold down you left mouse button and just drag the x6 file on top of the X8 short cut it will open the X6 in X8, or if X8 is opened just drag it on to graph screen.
  4. Thanks for the reply, glad I'm not the only one, not a problem but keep an eye out, maybe if another update later will fix.
  5. Morning everyone, The first time I used MX8 Verifying I think there was a warning pop-out that quickly open then just closed? After that it never showed up again, but when I park Mastercam there is a shadow of a pop up on my desk top, can't select it, can't read it, or anything, it's just there. I doesn't hurt anything just annoying to see it. When close MX8 it goes away. Anyone have this happened? Thanks
  6. Ok thanks, I never tried dynamic xform to drag items I'll sure give it a run Sure appreciate the comment
  7. I see the drag command in xform is no longer in MX8, is there another way to just drag and drop geometry besides transforming? We use drag all the time in engraving, etc. Thanks
  8. Just wondering why when verifying or back plotting in Mastercam we don't see a rotary axis position for "C", "A" or a "B" axis -- 90, 180 ,270 etc. I have used Esprit in the past and you see all positions XYZ and rotary positions, and can actually edit them in the backplot tabs? Thank you for any comments Russell
