  1. Anybody use 3D arcs (G03.4 or G02.4) on a Fanuc control?

We did some test on our machine using 3D arcs but sometime, we get a alarm "Over tolerance of radius". It happen when we process a small 3D radius. It's probably a parameter but can't find which one banghead.gif

    Control is a Fanuc 31i

  2. I think the problem is on this line...

    Call SetLevelName(arrTokLine(0), Trim(arrTokLine(1)))

The function is called SetlevelName, I think it only set the level name and not the level set.

I did the test with another comma but got a script error.

    Thank's

  3. Hi,

We have a Toshiba machine with a TOSNUC 888 control. Any of you programmed this machine in NURBS?

I would appreciate if I could get a sample code with NURBS just to try it on the machine.

We have Metacut PRO but I'm not sure about the code formating.

  4. Got a customer who had the same problem. They have a new USB hasp.

    Any comment would be appreciated.

Plus, when he open Mastercam, he said that the big X is flashing. It did not do that before the new hasp.

    Thank's

  5. It depend on the work itself. If you know Mastercam mill well, it should be a easy transition. If it's a router table, it should be very easy. Lot of contouring, drilling is automated by block drills, some routers have side drilling. Feeds are very high. You'll probably need to learn nesting.

  6. Mario, ton output semble bon.

Peux-tu nous décrire le problème que tu rencontre?

Dans la définition de ton cycle, le premier Z est ton reference plane, le I= valeur de peck, J=nombre de répétition du peck.

Sur les autres lignes, le I=profondeur incrémentale du trou.
