Does anyone here have any experience with turning Monel 400 aka Alloy 400 ? We have machined Hastelloy C-22 on a few ocassions just wondering if it machines about the same ? I've machined Inconel many years ago & recall it being very nasty the whole work hardening issues. Looking to be enlightened by some of the most WISE and INGENIOUS people of our time... Thanks in advance for any information provided.

How can I change my post to put block numbers on every operation? Using 1 tool to do 8 different operations and would like to post a N# on every operation comment.

Thanks Bulliness, Installed fine, but still can't connect. Filezilla works IE6 works but firefox does not. Strange can anyone else connect thru Firefox just curious?

Does fireftp file self install in the Mozilla Firefox folder. Doesn't seem to change anything after I unzip in Mozilla folder creates a new file called fireftp.jar in the chrome Folder. Not sure the file works - Install 0.88beta at http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

Thanks Andreas and Guenther! These are 2 Great CHooks Im having problems with the Excel data output Where is the data sheet outputting to??? The HTML output works great but not sure how the Excel works HELP........ Also problems with changing the Level or Color by moving the wheel over the menue field. Not sure how this works HELP!

I would like to see type of cuttter comp. in the tool description, (CONTROL,WEAR,NONE,etc.) i.e. (3/8 2FL HSS END MILL D1=CONTROL or TOOL RADIUS) This would really help the setup person...

We use Miscellaneous Values add this to post # mi7 - Select name, John Doe = 1, Bob Smith = 2 Works great..... quick and easy Also set .cfg file - Misc. Values to 1 or 2 never need to select again........ HTH
