Often times I run into IJK problems when I take old hand written programs and put them in the haas control it alarms out, re programming is the smartest thing to do but it adds cost to the product, is there any software that I can use to check the program integrity before I load it to the machine, can anybody help on that? Thank you all!!!

  3. we've purchased a laptop at the company we installed mastercam and everything works except the backplot it's horrible I did what the mastercam website says: disable z buffer and I don't see flashing tools anymore but the tool jumps from one place to another it's not smoth like in the desktops does anybody have any idea how to fix the problem? it's an M65 precision video card FX 350M 512MB
  4. I've been trying to pallet change on an ec 400 but I haven't been sucessfull does anyone know if I have to put an extra code besides the M50? thanks.

  6. we're getting a replacement for this tool in a short version, but i sure would like to try the mitsubishi tool, in the future maybe my run time was just too much for the tool 40 mins. any ideas on surface footage and chipload are very well appreciated. thank you all!

I chewed up a 1.0 dia feed mill (iscar) after I ran 8 17-4ph 11"x4"x4" blocks I was runing my tool like usual: 328 grade insert 1500 rpm 80. ipm .050 max z steps all of the sudden boom the pockets on the tool and the inserts flew away everywhere!!I went holly wacamole!!!! what happened? so I thought maybe some of you guys might have some experience with this kind of tool, or would recomend better settings. thanks. (by the way it was scary to see pieces of the tool body flying everywhere!!)

  13. yes i do have a G47 but when i do the two strings one is right and the next one increments. can I use another parameter besides 599 with the same number? I need to make them both the same G47 P1(####) X0Y0 I90.J.140Z-.004F25.E25. example 2220 G47 P1(####) X0Y0 I90.J.140Z-.004F25.E25. 2221

  24. does anyone have any problems with the lighting tn the verify, it seems that when you put the part on top or isometric view, it makes it darker for some reason, anyone knows about a patch or something. V9.sp2 Thanks!
