We would make one out of an ejector pin and a broken tap ground down to a point. Thread the back of the ejector, drop the sharpened tap inside, find suitable spring/tension/, and screw in set screw in back of ejector pin. Very effective.

For production I prefer OSG exocarb or exocarbSHP depending on your tooling budget. But most importantly make sure to use a 3 flute. This will ensure that no 2 flutes are ever in contact with the walls at one time allowing good chip evacuation especially if your trying to do it in one pass.

Got it!!! There are 2 versions and the one we have is called "Chopper Patrol" it is an army edition where you fly the helicopter forward and backwards, hover as you try to pick up various objects with this hook. The other is a Police edition. I bought this for my son last year at Walmart. I'm sure if you asked they could probably order it if it wasn't in stock(UPC CODE 3870816812).
