  1. So What is the proper orientation for this holder to work on import. I have tried dxf, step, and mcam files. none read in without error. I created the profiles in the top plane quadrant 1of coordinate system.
  2. A work-around for the X8 MachSim issue is to go into the Control Definition and if it is set for dog-leg rapids, set it for "All axis arrive at destination simultaneously", in the Linear section.
  3. Went post by post and found it. Adding the * before A, B parameter, worked great. Thank you
  4. Thanks for the welcome! I did try a search before posting and have done so again without finding info on this specific question. I am amazed at the shared knowledge on this forum. Could you point me to the post that addresses this. Thanks
  5. First time posting a question, but have learned a lot from this forum. Can someone tell me if it is possible to get a post to force an A B rotary address for every work offset move. I have a dual 5c Haas 5 axis trunnion. The fixtures in each spindle do not align perfectly on B axis. So when I am using the same tool on both rotary spindles, I need the spindle to index to the correct orientation as I move between the two. Currently the post positions the first spindle and then thinking the second spindle is already oriented outputs the G54.1 x y only. This is what it is doing. M13 G0 G54 G90 X-.6162 Y-.0375 B0. A0. This is what I want it to do M13 G0 G54 G90 X-.6162 Y-.0375 B0. A0. S8000 M3 M10 M12 G43 H1 Z8. T2 Z7.3 ... Then does a work shift to other spindle to run the same toolpath on second part. G0 Z8.
