press the arrow key down rotates C axis 5 degrees with every depress of the the arrow key.....

Sounds like a training and a support issue .....I just left a situation you about stepped into.....Okuma suggest esprit ..... the client ( good friend of mine ) bought  esprit ...after  90 days of wasted time trying to get a good program .... he came back to Mastercam ..... His claim was there was hardly any control in Esprit.......no backplot for a quick glance Of the tool Paths created before full machine simulation....

The machine was a multis B axis ....sub with lower turret as well........he is running  the part that esprit tripped on .....

once the secrets are unlocked and taught to the client ..... I’ve witnessed attainable good code

They pull it from an engine....I Know the that format.....the dude is talented ...and he has talented people

working with him

They basically make a post engine...depending what features you want in the post....they just plug it in

Hello all, needing some advise....

We are having issues with Mastercam 2020 repetitively crashing on file open and file save

No Crash report.....Mastercam 2019 had no issues with this.... the server has not changed

Windows 1903 update was conducted..... to no avail...

I would lean towards video card setting or different driver...... might go into the advanced configuration and “disable hardware acceleration “

its really not much different than the old way to create custom tools...it’s still a 2-d flat profile ..... the wizard walks you thru it step by step.... I’ll look at your file
