right click on the operation then tollpath / transform. then you can miror translate or rotate not sure exactly what you have to click cause not in front but try to find copy original operation and don't post original (if you post it you will do twice the first one) BTW ou est tu du Quebec??

does it chatter only at final pass, cause at final pass with .010'' it's not enough and you need to cut at least the radius of the corner of the insert. With this you can repeat very tight tolerance and have nice finish. I did'nt check your part, but if you finish it with a different tool it would maybe be better... HTH
