The only options that the bios offered are, EPP,ECP,NORMAL,BIDIRECTIONAL. Must be a bios variation. Tim

Well, no matter what the setting is on the port it would not see the hasp. I ran hdd32.exe and it locks up. Went back and ran it again and even though it locked up the first time, it did load the new driver and now it sees the hasp. Thanks! Tim

I am having trouble getting a laptop(HP XE3) with win2000 to see the hasp. Any suggestions? The port is enabled and in ECP mode and I have full admin rights. Tim
