If you are installing X6 MU1 and you receive a Installer Error (See Attached image) 2727 - Directory Entry 'HRIZ4FRONT' does not exist in Directory Table the reason is because you have the wrong version of X6 installed.  The re-release of X6 was version 15.0.4.3 and you must have this version installed to run the X6 MU1 install.  Most likely if you receive this error you have the original X6 release 15.0.3.28 installed.

You must uninstall the 15.0.3.28 release of X6 and reinstall the 15.0.4.3 release of X6 before installing X6 MU1.  The 15.0.4.3 version is the only version available on our download site.

NOTE: if you have modified any of the user customizable files (ie tools, defaults, posts, MDs, etc) that were installed with Mastercam you will want to back them up prior to performing an uninstall.  The uninstall will remove all files installed during the install of X6 Mastercam regardless of if they were modified or not.  Any user created files will be left in tact after running the uninstall.

Where do you look to find what version you're running?

Go to the "HELP" Menu and click the "ABOUT" menu and the version will displayed in the upper left corner under the Mastercam logog along with the build date.  Another way to access this is to use the ALT+ V keys.
