stepdown changing with cutter diameter

Im a little behind just started using 2020. Has anyone else noticed ehen you change your cutter diameter in I believe any HST toolpath for sure in waterline. It will automaticaly change your stepdown yo 10% of your cutter diam. This is extremely annoying is there a parameter im missing that will  fix this?

Click on the cut parameters page first then change your tool. Doing the tool first does exactly what your seeing. In 2021 that has not been a problem. I just had to change several tool for a project and the cutting parameters didn't change.
