Best to get a hold of Matsuura, but unless you have an exec backup for your machine odds are extremely slim you ever get it back up and running. I have seen printed copies of the parameters and had a maintenance guy enter them in for a machine sorry not this machine 15 years ago and got moving ,but we never could get it working right so off the scarp metal yard it went.
