I am attaching some files that may help you. We have a product called Excellerant that is a DNC tool, It also does machine data collection and other IIoT functions. We have connected to a similar machine with FTP.

They have a website and phone number to call. That is going to be your best bet. He is a sales person who have only been here a few times so you need help you call them. Also expect to pay since he needs to earn a living like you do.
