Starting point in Dynamic milliing

I have a question when doing a Dynamic operation is there a way to start at a certain point say an existing hole or feature that is already in place or does the algorithm determine that automatically. I see there is an entry chain option so say I am bringing a .250 Dia tool in and I have a .207 Dia hole in the material  do I have to create a boundary around the hole that will accept a .25 endmill

Ramp it to .300 and Define the hole as an air region.

Another thing is if using 3D define a Stock model and use the operation as a source operation. Now use the stock model with that hole in it and should be able to have it work from there.
