How do you set up a u-drill in tool manager for lathe?

I have d/loaded step basic which shows as a rotating tool which it won't be.

OR is it set up like a boring bar?.

Like Dan said two tools with the same tool number. One as drill and one as a boring bar. Then when you post the code and it ask for the output tool change you say no and good to go.
