Rotary Deburr Path

Has anyone been able to get the rotary deburr path to work with a lollipop cutter deburring odd shaped slots in an ID?  I have attached some pictures of the slot and the geometry that I am trying to get it to follow.

Surface finish contour is probably the answer here.  Just model a small chamfer/fillet on the solid to drive it.  Turn off gouge checking in the parameters.

Deburring with the top half of the lollipop in restricted axis scenarios has been especially challenging to get right. There have been some improvements in 2023 for these scenarios- If you can upload the file or send it to me, I can see how we're handling this now and if further improvements can be done for your scenario.
