Quadro settings

Atm I have a dual xeon 2.8, 2 gig of ram, with a quadro fx1000 from pny ( http://www.pny.com/products/quadro/fx/1000fx.asp )

But my dynamic rotations on not so hard geomtry seems to be sluggish. And I can not figure it out.

Yet on the computer next to me, with a 2.4 gig chip with 1 gig of ram and a pny 750 xgl runs so much better then this one. This is on winxp pro, the other on win2k.

Both systems on mastercam 8.1

I am hoping there is a setting to turn up the graphics card that I am missing. Anyone have any ideas as to what settings to change to get a boost out of this system. I tried there stock solidworks settings on the nvdia manager. someone mentioned this on the forums along time ago. But still not the performance I should have.
