Hit the or R for Radius or D for Diameter key when creating the Dimension. You can also use Factors in your Dimension if doing Radial dimension and want Diameter.  You can also change the Text to be whatever you want. I tell everyone to down load the Verisurf free tools and install the Verisurf GD&T font to get those type of outputs.

This option doesn't work for me. Need to draw an center line and from it indicate the size in the form of a diameter) Any CAD can do this, but how is it implemented in MC? Mastercam do not know how to axial lines? If you select a line, press F4 and change the style, it will not help

Installed MC23 Update3

It is a CAM system with CAD abilities. Drawing a temporary center line to reference a dimension from is how things have to be done. Axis lines are not CAD entities they are CAM entities. Origin can be reference for the WCS or an active T-C Plane to act as the Axis if you want to use it that way.

Mastercam does not have "Relations" the way other CAD systems do. It is not Solidworks, Catia, NX, Creo, Etc.

Create a Line where you want the Centerline, and change the "line style type" display attribute to "centerline". (Left click to select the line, then Right-Click, and use the Attributes bar, to change the Line Style in the drop-down menu.
