LATHE FACE DRILL DOESN'T SELECT MULTIPLE HOLES ???

Lathe Face Drill Does not seem to recognize the solid feature allowing the use of Ctrl+Double Click .Only can select the Arc edge. All Mask are cleared.  All of the other Lathe Drill and Mill toolpaths work fine for selecting multiple holes. Anyone else have the Issue or know what is the cause ? I'm on 2022  on update 3.1 .

Huh? Lathe Drilling is running a tool on the center of rotation. There can only be one possible edge to pick from the process. It can be the front most edge of the hole or the end most edge, but how could it pick other holes on a face if they are not on the center of the part there the material is spinning and the drill is stationary?

General Drill (1)  - Spindle rotates drill is stationary - can ONLY drill on center

Face Drill (2)  - Spindle is in c-axis mode, Drill is rotating - can drill anywhere on the face.

Check Rotation type, if you don't have Y-axis you will have to pick C axis

I don't think Ctl Double click works on solid features, probably have to pick them individually.

you can use the "mill toolpath" drilling as well for face or cross drilling if you have mill license. that has always been my go to, as some of the c axis toolpaths have been iffy in different versions of mcam. you will have to have the proper tool plane and just select the correct rotation type as AHarrison1 suggested. combine with a transform op for hole patterns.
