There is a new HASP.exe which should be installed on all seats of Mcam. It won't hurt to install it on both systems. This will also install the latest drivers for the HASP. We use XP Pro on most of our computers here in the office. There are a couple of training room computers which still have Win 2K Pro on them and they run with Mcam and no problems with the new software. The video card may need to be updated with the latest drivers or you could try to reduce the hardware acceleration. You mentioned a virus. Did you install an antivirus software to prevent this from happening again? I would also see if you can update the Bios on the system to make sure it hadn't been contaminated with the virus. HTH

good morning gentlemen

I tried to install the hasp update last night but It wouldn't cooperate it won't accept the "i" perameter. I couldn't find any error file in mcam9 or c drive. I think it's time to get the "IT" guys involved.
