Machine definision

Hello All.

I am use Migration  Wizard to  covert my all file from from 23 to 24 mastercam  ,on  24 mastercam dont shows all  off my machines  ,how I can fix this 

this is 2023 folder 

I do not has this machine in 2024 folder 

looks like I am not has half off the machines on 2024

Are you sure that machine def/post is 2023?  Make sure to enable all previous versions. For example, the two under your circled file are X9 files.  2024 won't update those.

2024 update some what I am not use any more (***like those  x9 **)but not not this what I want to use now

Are you selecting all previous versions allowed when migrating?

ok ,I can try  this ,but when I open my  shared folder my machine is there

Aren't these the same place?

 

Click up on the the bar with the folder name, and make sure it looks like this:

the 1s t picture is when I am open physically  shared mastercam 2024 cnc machines folder

Right, can you please post the actual path of the two folders?    e.g., C:\Users\Public\Documents\Shared Mastercam 2024\CNC_MACHINES\

this is when I am open my machine folder from mastercam

Ah, okay, now I can see in that screenshot that you're in the Open dialog.. I was trying to figure out why you had two windows Explorer windows showing you different things...

Okay, that makes sense.    Further evidence that it is not updated correctly.

I will try update  one more time my machines folder only

If that machine worked in 2023, I'd be happy to take a look at it and try to update it over here.. Open up a file in 2023 with that machine and make a zip2go for me.   Or you can bounce it over to your reseller and have them update it for ya.
