Machine Definition Manager question HMC B rotation setup

Im trying to create a new machine, control and post for a horizontal with B axis and cant seem to get a valid axis combination.

table controls z and b

spindle controls  X and Y

i tried using a copy of the one we had but it was 10 years old with a 16 year old post.  can anyone post a screen shot of a valid machine setup?  this is what i have so far.
