IMPORTING TOOLPATH AND GEOMETRY

I have 2 parts that share the same op2 toolpath and geometry. I can't seem to get the import export to do what I want. If I bring in the operations the geometry doesn't export to the new file. When I say save geo with the operation I get errors. Pretty sure it's something I'm not doing right.

Exporting operations with geometry only really works if you're using simple wireframes and surfaces, at least, that was the way it was the last time I tried a few years ago.  The solids & associated toolpath don't seem to survive the trip.

If I were you, I'd just copy the original file, delete op1, then merge in the new Op1 geometry and program that...
