One or my operators is having a difficult time with the editor. We are using ver 3 milling and he is having quite a time group deleting lines in the middle of his program.

Is there a better 3rd party software? or are we missing somthing obvious?

You state your using Ver.3 I'm assuming you mean level 3.

what verison? 6, 7, 8

what editor? MCedit, CNCedit, PFE32

Here is an old trick that I have in an e-mail about v6 and MCEdit. This should help you with deleting large blocks of data.

1) Highlight first line.

2) Edit, Find, click Extend Selection, and type in text at end of section

3) Click Find Now.

4) Press Delete

This assumes that you know what the text is at the end of the block. It isn't perfect but it will help out quite a bit over deleting line by line.
