Haas rotary table problems

I am having trouble when I post out a rotary table program for a Haas machine. I made new Tplanes and Cplanes for every rotation that I needed but kept the same WCS#1. When I backplot my operations it looks correct but when I post out the program it doesn't put any "A's" in the program and kicks out a different work offset for each rotation. I want it to keep the same work offset and just rotate. In earlier versions of Mastercam, before they had WCS, I had my post processor do this for me, but I haven't got it to work in Version 9. Does anyone have some suggestions.

can you share athe file that you have programmed and does not work?

 

Now you are not using the WCS to set the plan to work in right?

 

You can use the WCS to set named views for Cplan & Tplan but this is not actully setting the WCS to active per a view.

 

One last thought you know for sure that your post supports 4th axis correct and this is active in the post?

I will put the .mc9 file and the program on the FTP site. I didn't ever change the WCS, just the Cplane and Tplane. I'm am pretty sure that my post supports 4th axis.

I changed that question to yes and it put in the "A" values. Thanks! However, it still put in a different work offset for each rotation.

Then you need to go to each operation and put a workoffset in the toolplane the same number and that should take care of it.
