i agree trying to cut that with a sharp tool.

even if you had to,i would hope you had a machine that would tilt B-axis 90 pluse then you could try and flow line using the bottom.

but that would be silly.

cut that shape using a 3-axis path.

i made the path using a flow5axis with a sharp.

this is if i hade to make it this way.

i put the file on the FTP under the same name he hade with his 1st tool path and mine second.
