Scott is offering to help you for free, give him the file.
It is real hard to picture what you are doing thru words. It will also save you time by providing the file upfront.
Then he can (or may) tell you how he did it.
Collision Check checks the gouge in the direction of the Tool Plane and not normal to the surface.
For example a .01 gouge on a 45 degree wall will show up in Collision Check as .01414
On near vertical areas with the toolpath tolerance of .001 will show a larger value in the Collision check.
I agree, I think the Islamic religion is a sham.
But are we any better? America also exploits women thru pornography and prostition. Even vulnerable unborn children are not protected, but discarded for the sake of convenience.

Quote from MUHAMMAD ALI,
It soon emerged that the federal building in Oklahoma City had been blown up with a truck bomb made by members of a Right-wing militia group, all white Christians.
I thought the definition of a christian was somebody who follows Christ, those Right-wing militia group members do not fit the definition
Such ignorance can be dangerous
A reply from Jesus in a similiar tragic event.
Luke 13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
That is a easy change

code:
pxout #X output
if absinc = zero, xabs, !xinc
else, xinc, !xabs
pyout #Y output
if absinc = zero, yabs, !yinc
else, yinc, !yabs
and add a * to xabs and yabs as shown below.
code:
pxout #X output
if absinc = zero, *xabs, !xinc
else, xinc, !xabs
pyout #Y output
if absinc = zero, *yabs, !yinc
else, yinc, !yabs
Under leadin/outs turn "Enter on first depth cut" and "Exit on last depth cut"
Works for Depth cuts and Multi-passes

Yes you can have a scaled plot of a shaded image.
First you add an harcopy icon to the toolbar.
Then you run the plot function to set the proper scale size, rather then hitting "Do it" from plot menu you jump into the hardcopy fucntion from the toolbar and with shaded turned on select "Do it" from there.
gstephens, the plot functions supports all printers and plotters with WinDriver set to Y
I was not trying to change the output of your code, just that the feedrate variable needs to be the actual feedrate for the setup sheet to work properly. This will require the post to use the TPI variable and not the feedrate value. It also makes programming easier, you pick the tap and you do not need to fill in the feed.
You should setup your post so that it outputs the pitch from the Tap parameters not from the feed rate dialog. That way you and the setup sheet see the actual feed rate and the post outputs the pitch.
The variable to output in the post is n_tap_thds
The request for file was in response to your problem of custom tools not working in Verify.
By providing the MC8 geomtery file with toolpath and the MC8 tool file others can check to see what your problem is, instead of wasting time trying to come up with ideas why it does not work.
Regarding your other question on broaching. It is not going to happen.
Why is the verification necesary for broaching? The shape/groove in the part is going to be the same shape as the broach.
Just like sink edm
