Hi Guys - Mill9 - Horiz.

Can anyone out there help me to force the

"B" axis index out at tool changes, even if

has changed or not but I need the output of

the angle to be correct.

You could also click on the "Change NCI..." button on the Tool Parameter page of the operation. There is a checkbox named "Force tool change" towards the bottom of the dialog that appears. This will output a toolchange with all the pertinent info even if you're still using the same tool from the previous operation. HTH

Does you post output the Rotary info when you have an index? If not, then check the 'rot_on_x' setting.
