Can't get into the cadcam ftp site

Hi everyone

 

Everytime I click on the cadcam ftp site I get an error stating that I don't have permission for this site. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help.

What are you using to accse the FTP.

 

Need some info to see why.

Sorry running windows xp sp2 with internet explorer to access ftp. This is the first time I have tried to access the site. Thanks again for all the help

I had same prob with XP sp2 I can't remember the exact sequence to enable, it's in Internet Exploreer under tools in / Advance / untick or tick a box about using ftp sites.

 

Sorry not at work at the minute .Do a search its been covered.

In crappy Microsoft I/E,

'uncheck' use passive ftp (for firewall and dsl modem capability)

check out some the previous posts on this subject i had same problem , one of them had a microsoft troubleshooting web page that went thru everything step by step. i went thru this until finaly i found the right step and then i was able to get on ftp

Wow I long time no hear... We had a great Thanksgiving but I've heard about Sailers in Sidney We are still working hard just installed a TM-1 right behind The VF3 (drill grinder area) and bought another computer with another seat of MC. We wish you were still in the shop too could use another programmer. Not much conventional machining going on everyone is mostly operatering for us. Hard to keep up though. Thanks for the note stay safe and thanks again for defending our Country!!
